Manually set title should not be automatically reset about roxterm HOT 4 CLOSED

It is a ROXTerm bug. I hope I've come up with more sensible behaviour now. If you use Edit > Set Window Title this takes priority over everything, and as with the profile you can use %s to substitute what the terminal has tried to set the title to. If you enter a blank string in the above dialog it'll revert to the profile's setting. If that's blank too it uses the terminal's string on its own ie as if you entered "%s".

Are you able to test from svn or do you want me to release first? If I have cocked it up I don't suppose it will do any harm to release a 1.13.2 straight afterwards ;).

The latest SVN looks good. One minor (aesthetic) suggestion might be to actually replace %s when the dialog comes up- this would more closely reflect the behavior of gnome-terminal, but it's not a usability issue in my opinion. It's foreseeable that someone might want to edit the default title rather than make an entirely new one, though.

It was difficult to decide, but I thought you're probably right and it's better to replace %s in this dialog.
