This should be already fixed since "project" we listen for files now defaults to "process.cwd()" instead of "../../" (etc) which can result in weird issues.

Let me know whether this happens with 0.59.0-rc.0 release of React Native (to be released next week). I will update this issue when it's available.

This is still an issue for us, if there is no packager started when running react-native run-ios from a yarn script
