Make dragPreview: null correspond to "empty image", fix it in IE about react-dnd HOT 2 CLOSED

With 1.0, it might be a better idea to expose empty image from HTML5 backend.
And we need to look into possible hacks for IE.

Here's what we're doing in 1.0:

• Expose getEmptyImage helper from HTML5 backend;
• Expose and explain a workaround for making custom drag layers work in IE11.

I added captureDraggingState to drag preview options. By default it's false and that's what you usually want, but you can pass true and then the browser will screenshot the drag source with isDragging already equal to true. This is our only chance to hide the drag preview on IE by hiding the node itself with CSS.

If you don't care about IE support or custom drag layers, nevermind what I just said ;-)

This is out in 1.0.0-alpha.1 so I'm closing out this issue. The final 1.0 release is coming soon.
