Yes, the bubble chart presents some issues.

they are two:

1. RAW tries automatically to remap values from zero to maximum one. this means, the smallest value of dataset will be every time 0.
2. scale is cropped on maximum x,y value, without considering bubble radius. This means, the bubble with the maximum x value and the one with max y value will be cropped every time.

We'll try to fix them in the new version.
Meanwhile, a simple workaround is to insert two fake data point: one to set the minimum value, and one to set the maximum one.

Still, labels are cut.
Be aware that it's only a mask issue.
If you download the SVG file and open it in Illustrator / inkscape / whatever, texts are still there.
