Hello, I'm Josรฉ Gallego. I hold a Ph.D. in Microbial Molecular Biology from Newcastle University, focusing on the Tween arginine transport protein Tat (check out my thesis paper). Currently, my interests revolve around cybersecurity. Previously, I worked on membrane protein purification projects in the Netherlands (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), earned an M.Sc in Infectious Diseases (check out my project about human microbiome). My undergraduate project at the University of Seville received honors for research on soil bacteria promoting plant growth, you can find it here.
From a young age, I've been passionate about electronics and computing. Throughout my career, I've integrated computational biology into my work and enjoyed exploring IT with hardware and Raspberry Pis in my free time.
