@rabrenio I haven't used JWT auth myself, so I'm not sure what would be a nice way of doing it, e.g. a callback or prop. Anyway, I'm open to suggestion. :)

I think you should add setRequestHeader so if the developer needs to add authorization.

You need the auth every request. You can just set it once.

This is to make it convenient for use to manage it outside of vuetable. It will just accept the options (which may contain other options) and pass it through to vue-resource.
