Minor improvement suggestion: filtering by no project/no context should show the number of visible todos. Cuurently there is a workaround by selecting then deselecting one of the buttons under the other heading. For example, click to hide "Projects" then select and deselect any visible context.
This workaround has a bug of its own :) If you then click to show Projects back, the message with the number of visible todos should be gone (since there are no active filters), but it remains with the old count.
In any case, I think the total number of todos should be always shown for reference. Since there is no status bar, maybe in a corner somewhere? I can imagine something like 214/214
with a hover text that says currently visible/total
or something.

@9z0, yep that's a bug and on my list, thanks for reporting.

@9z0, it's fixed and will be part of the final release of 1.0.5.

That makes sense. I will think of a way how to implement it. Thanks for your feedback.

@zemua : Let's say a todo has a context and a project and you want to hide (click on a button or something) all todos that have a project. Is this todo still visible after you click on that button? I mean it still has a context. I'm not sure on the use case here.

@zemua Please check v0.0.6. In the filter drawer you can now click on the headlines of contexts and projects to hide all todos that either have contexts or projects or also both.
