I will look what could possible regress between 0.16.2 and 0.17.0.
from node-argon2.
I can't reproduce it no more with latest commit, when I updated argon2 version. Can you check?

Hi Ranieri, I tested the 0.17.1 and it looks working fine on my VPS with Debian. I will test it today more intensively and in case everything works fine, I will close the issue. Thank you so much for your hard work @ranisalt

Hi Ranieri,
If you need any kind of data, I would be more than happy to help you out. I didn't encounter any problem using the 0.16.2 on the Debian VPS
from node-argon2.
@ranisalt I also checked on a Gnome Ubuntu laptop today, and the new version 0.17.0 doesn't work as well, but it behaves differently. It just generates different hashes, and if I hash multiple times, I get different answers. Also it contains some zeros at the end. I installed the 0.16.0, and did my change avoiding random salts, and the 0.16.0 works perfectly on this laptop too.

Hi Ranisalt, you mean your latest commit or your latest release? I am not sure how to verify your repository without using the npmjs npm install
from node-argon2.
I meant latest commit, but I just published v0.17.1 with a hotfix and it's on latest commit.
