npm install fails on Windows 7 64bit about rangle-starter HOT 8 CLOSED

We currently only support linux and MacOS. If I get some time on a Windows box I'll take a look.

Yeah, just tried that myself.

I'm just fixing a couple of npm script related issues and then I'll merge a fix.

Fix merged for the typescript-react starter.
Still need to apply changes to the other starters.

I expected that they didn't need the environment setting so I didn't adjust them

The environment variable controls minification, file watching, and how the
assets are served.

I have some plans to improve things so we don't need the variable but at
least it should work for now.
