Standardize custom allocator and CRT support about cute_headers HOT 1 CLOSED

I made a small attempt yesterday to knock this task out. Turns out to be a really sizeable task involving multiple hours of work! As such, I probably will never really get around to standardizing all these macros in one full pass. Instead, I'll modify the headers over time as necessary, and eventually they will all have mostly the same macros.

So I'll just close this task for now, but it will still be on my mind.

To be specific, this task is about changing something like this:

memcpy(dst, src, size);

to:

LIBNAME_MEMCPY(dst, src, size);

Where somewhere this is defined:
