So the update is out, should help... Give it a try and let me know. The maximum it will try to pull is 10,000 records. I have not tested it, so not sure if it'll break it or work as expected....

But 10,000 vs 500 per pull, should greatly speed up your situation...

Just realized there was a bug, wait 10-15 minutes before updating, you need to be on v1.0.85

It seems to be pulling the 10,000 at a time -- now I am waiting for it to finish up and see if this bug reappears. Give me an hour or so.
