@dunntrevor Can you please specify which model/dto in jbot (and the slack link which says short instead of short_enough would be great).

Its in the the Field class under Model.
The slack link is https://api.slack.com/docs/message-attachments. Scroll down a bit and see AttachmentStructure.
In addition when I changed the code to use short, then my messages to slack did start appearing in short format.

Great, Slack may have changed the attribute recently. I have added another attribute for short. Will be available in the next release.
