I'd prefer keeping the categorization we use at https://landscape.cncf.io/landscape=platform (see "Category" tree on the left pane).

I am open any categorization as long as they contain a brief description to help the reader with context.

@barry-schneider Maybe we can add a few One Liner descriptions. If you wish, you can create a PR and let us know your thoughts on the same.

Do want to change the categories to match CNCF or keep the existing categories. I personally like the CNCF better than the existing but they still are vague.
