From source most typical use is just to add python path and call, but agree better "this script developer friendly docs" is good addition

Sorry, still new. to python packaging.
What is the "setup.py" file do? Is the command i wrote correct?
"python3 setup.py install" will compile the code (with any modifications i made) and then install the package so i can just type "git-relevant-history" from the command line (if it's in the path)?
