Allow unicode characters in user names about misago HOT 5 CLOSED

On/Off switch may be introduced to enable uses to use diacritics in usernames, however non-alphanumericals will not fly. Markdown parser needs to be able to differ user names from links, e-mail addresses or Markdown syntax

Freedom is very important thing, however it shall not be set by default... It is not so important, so as long as you'll leave in the planning stage and try it for 1.x versions that will be great!

Here's how it's implemented:

There is setting in settings_base.py, UNICODE_USERNAMES, that defaults to True. Ergo, its defautly possible to register user by name "RafałPitoń", but if you run forum that will have users from all over the world, you may want to restrict names to something anyone with QWERTY keyboard can type, so copypaste that entry from settings_base.py to your deployment's settings.py, and change it value to False, making it impossible to use usernames with diacritics.

This seems to be broken again. misago/users/validators.py:validate_username_content only allows [0-9a-z].

This is by design. Keeping usernames like that keeps mentions implementation simple, saves us from having to open monoglyphs can of worms, and keeps usernames typeable by international audience.
