Looks like it needs an update for post-3.6.7 versions.

@SommerPh I think I addressed this in stable. Will produce a new release in a bit. I never managed to reproduce the exact issue reported but ran into a few other ones and updated the plugin to be more in line with other (recently updated) exchange plugins, after which it started working as expected. Thanks for reporting this.

Released it as a re-tagged 3.6.12. Hopefully it's OK since 3.6.12 has shipped very recently and this plugin isn't super popular.
