Here are some platforms where I am expecting help. By far Linux (Debian) is the most well tested
because it is my (@piyush-kurur) development platform.

OpenBSD
FreeBSD
NetBSD
OSX - Travis builds exist but a platform czar can help
Linux - Travis builds and @piyush-kurur, besides release tested by debian build bots.
Windows - Appeveyor builds exist but platform czar can help

@Mistuke are you willing to be a platform czar for windows? I will send you an invite if you are willing to.
The job of a platform czar is very less. Just to ensure that the build works and inform when best practices changes on the platform.
