Hi @DmitryEfimenko first of all thank you for downloading the extension and taking the time to submit a feature request. You re awesome!.
Second yes indeed that feature is missing, its related to my next 2 planned features.
- Detect file changes(workspace, new test definitions) and reload tests automatically.
- Lets you choose test suites or individual tests in the explorer that should be run automatically after each file change.
I will keep you posted here as I make progress towards these. Again thanks a lot for your support and please let me know if you find something else that is missing or submit a bug in case of error.

Autorun feature is live with the latest release. If you right click on a test or suite in the test explorer you will see the option to enable autorun for that test or suite, when the file changes they will be run again :). You have the same option for the entire test environment on the top right corner.
