:on-close handler is available in 1.7.0-SNAPSHOT version that can be used to implement exit on close behaviour. This should work:

(defsketch my-sketch
  ...
  :on-close #(System/exit 0))

Is it ok?

I decided to add :exit option for :on-close handler so user doesn't need to know about (System/exit 0) and can just pass :exit like this:

(defsketch my-sketch
  ...
  :on-close :exit)

So I reopen the bug until it's done.
