Overlapping polygons do not show on web report about qgis2web HOT 3 CLOSED

Overlapping features in the same layer usually have no problems.
If you want to send a zip with your data I'll try to understand the problem

Thanks for your prompt response. I just found the issue and it is vicious in this case.

In short, it is not a geometrical issue of overlap. QGIS2WEB does not support attributes in list/array format.

On all my projects I am working with agricultural parcels where I report about the quality of the parcel polygons data.
One of the attribute creates an array/list of all the other polygons with which a feature overlaps (NULL otherwise if no overlap).

So in the end, maybe due to the fact that the pop ups cannot be created with list attributes, the polygons that do not overlap were displayed correctly because their "list of overlap" attribute was NULL.
The workaround is to convert the arrays as string
