Note if the page is zoomed in the image on the page will be larger, but in the panel it will be zoomed at 100%.

Currently, the preview will only appear if it is larger for images, and will always appear for links which is fine.
However, sometimes you have the two combined - an image link (as opposed to 'a link to an image' and 'an image'). In this case, you have:
- the link is the same as the image (a[src] == a img[href])
- the link is different to the image (e.g. image is a higher resolution)
in the former case add code to handle this treating this as an image, in the latter case, treat it is as a link to an image with the existing code.
