Create option to increase padding in between columns on HUD about test-infra HOT 5 CLOSED

We can just make the padding bigger instead of adding a mode if people other than me feel it is too small. I would prefer not to add a lot of modes as it increases the learning curve and in practice nobody ever bothers to set the options.

The only constraint on padding is that the view still has to be usable if grouping is turned off.

Note that for me, any way to match the column with the top description is good.
maybe having some colored background that alternates is another option?

Sounds good. What kind of resolution/scaling do you use? I assume 4k right?

I use a MBP 16in with normal settings. But don't overindex on me haha
