Please note underscore in front of the API, which indicates that this is an internal API and as such should not be called directly by an internal app, and for that reason might not need to check input argument

Thanks for your reply. Do all the APIs starting with an underscore in native_functions.yaml represent internal APIs? Then I found that at::fused_moving_avg_obs_fake_quant called at::_fused_moving_avg_obs_fq_helper, and the error was triggered in torch.fused_moving_avg_obs_fake_quant using the same input.
