不同的人员，同时部署不同的项目，同时操作是不会相互影响的，不会有冲突。我看你的代码里已经判断了不能同时部署同一项目，但是这个判断冒似没用，因为同一时间只支持一个项目部署，第二个不同项目发起请求，服务端没有响应。如何修改才能支持同时部署啊？

另外andsible 执行任务，同一时间也只能一个用户执行，能改成多用户同时执行吗？

不能多用户执行吗？应该没有做过类似的限制，抽空测试一下
