platform mismatch for cross compilation about maturin HOT 2 CLOSED

That cross compiling works with cffi and a python interpreter compiled for the host is unexpected, but really nice. I've removed the check so this should work now (I don't have a windows toolchain installed so I can't test). Feel free reopen if any other problem should occur.

It's still failing with version 0.7.2, but now the error is different:

  Caused by: A python 3 interpreter on windows does not define abiflags in its sysconfig ಠ_ಠ

Possibly this check needs to use message.platform instead of target.is_windows()?
