App crashes on Android 4.4.2 about usbrfmapp HOT 2 OPEN

@cypresstwist mmm, I don't have a 4.4.2 android device to reproduce it ... could you download the Android Studio project and see what happens there ? ... one thing can be localStorage configuration, i saw some examples doing this for kitkat devices:

WebSettings settings = webView.getSettings();
settings.setDomStorageEnabled(true);
settings.setDatabaseEnabled(true);

if (Build.VERSION.SDK_INT < Build.VERSION_CODES.KITKAT) {
       File databasePath = getDatabasePath("yourDbName");
       settings.setDatabasePath(databasePath.getPath());
}

@pulsartronic: I have downloaded Android Studio but I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. I can do Python and BASH and some Arduino but that is it. Coul you compile a 4.4.2 version for me to test? I saw that simply inserting a USB cable crashes the app. There is no need to attach the PCB to the phone. Tried it on my Samsung Tab II - the same thing.
