Keep in mind, you will need to alter this IV in all clients in order to
ensure compatibility.

@srmelody we have a master build logic that auto-builds, based on a core, for all Java-related clients (Java, Android, J2ME, etc). Because of this, we are going to back out your merge, and manually add it to our core build source. Please contact us at support at pubnub if you have any additional questions on this (timeline, etc).
