HtmlParser no longer uses for getting chords those CSS classes that sometimes change. Now it retrieves chords directly from html page. The heart of new implementation is IsChord function with its regexps:

let IsChord s =
    let note = "[ABCDEFG]{1}?[#b]?"
    let flavour = "[a-zA-Z0-9#]{0,10}"
    let variation = "(/" + note + ")?"
    let pattern = "^(" + note + flavour + variation + ")$"
    Regex.IsMatch(s, pattern)

The flavour part is not perfect yet: it is too big and too kind. Basically a normal word (e.g. Glass) will pass. Thus it should be reconsidered later when there will be somewhat ultimate understanding of what a chord in a tab can look like.
