Already have a PR open to "fix" it in indexers index, but it's display only and can be remedied with a simple resave of the indexer.
It never worked in the add indexer modal since we don't want to make requests to all indexers to fetch the caps.
Also, that version is not our own so update it properly please.

I closed this since the categories in add indexer showing none is to be expected, and the issue with nzb indexers not syncing was fixed in 1b8f09f.

Also added placeholder categories for the newznab/torznab indexers in the add indexer modal.
