Just confirming the same issue here. No issues whatsoever once its up and
running,
but as noted, it disappears on restart of Aptana, requiring a reinstall. Tried
refreshing the project, also.

Running Aptana 1.5.1.025826 (with v0.3 of Zen Coding) on Windows Vista SP2.

Hi there, I use Eclipse+Aptana Plugin and I have the same problem, after restart
Aptana forgets to load the Scripts, one workaround that do the trick for me to
be
able tu use Zen Code and in order to make Aptana reload the scripts FAST is to
Copy
one file inside the Script folder and Paste it in the same folder... that force
Aptana to check the folder and Update Scripts menu. Hopefully this temporary
helps.
Another think I would love to know is have to set the Shorcuts/Keys

I'm having this same problem. I've followed the instructions exactly and it
always
is not installed when I restart Eclipse/Aptana.

Hello everybody, me and my friend have got the same problem. We have fixed it. I
think you're putting zen coding files with a directory to the scripts
directory. Try
to copy only files without root directory.

Example:
copy c:/zencoding/* c:/project/scripts

Sorry for my English.

Can anyone confirm alexeyea solution? Also, just to make sure, write *scripts*
folder name in lowercase.

alexeyea's solution worked! Awesome.
Also the picture on this page:

cleared up any confusion as well.

alexeyea i don't understand what you mean by removing the root directory.
swimhumbug
or alexeyea, can you please describe a little further how you were able to make
this
work?

alexeyea solution doesnt work form me...
but this work:
before I close aptana, i close zencoding project... and later when i start
aptana, i
must reopen it.
so this is quite stupid solution, but work.

Look at the picture in the page that I posted up in comment 8.
Set up your project structure exactly like that and it'll work.

I initially put files into 'Scripts' folder and has the same issue. Just
renamed folder to 'scripts' (lowercase) and it worked like a charm! )

Latest Aptana 3 beta is bundled with Zen Coding rouble (the Expand Abbreviation
is the only working action). Looks like there's no EclipseMonkey plugin in
Aptana 3 yet

Consider switching to native Eclipse plugin:
