I was going to report this, but it seems it is known. So I can just confirm that I can reproduce this behaviour, which is annoying in my hosts that do bind mounts for backup.

Yeah, it'd be much better to switch the filesystem collector to use throwaway ConstMetrics instead of keeping state between scrapes. Happy to take any PRs - seems like an easy task for anyone wanting to get their feet wet with Prometheus :)
