Add an option to bring back the old instance groups UI about prismlauncher HOT 2 OPEN

if what you are talking about is the group header in the instance view;
the size hasn't actually changed, its a purely visual change.
With old buttons you mean specifically that weird plus/minus icon that we used to have there?
