[C/C++] Add the ability to comment multiple independent groups on the same line about nerdcommenter HOT 2 OPEN

Thanks for your interest @hackel. I too would be interested in seeing this feature, but I don't have time to program it personally. The attention of the original author of this plugin is completely elsewhere. I've been maintaining it including fixing odds and ends here and there and integrating any contributions from the community.

I've been able to get pretty much anything that has been coded up properly into the plugin and this feature would be welcome, but somebody has to actually do it. If you or anybody else wants to take a stab at making this work please have at it and let me know if there is anything I can do to facilitate that.

It's been a few years, so I wanted to raise this issue again. I'm new to NERD Commenter and this was a pretty huge deficiency I immediately noticed. Basically, I'd like the minimal comment command to apply to a visual block selection separately from a visual line selection. This would basically surround any blockwise visual selection with /* */, and if inside that comment, have the ability to uncomment or remove those markers by toggling.
