False alarm, something was up with my workspace in staging

False alarm on the false alarm. I thought switching workspaces solved my issue. However, it appears that running this flow twice against the same workspace is what produces the issue. Seems to work fine on 3.0.0rc2.

Seems to be a dependency issue, I'll try to track it down

Never figured out what the offending dependency in my local env was. Please re-open if you see the behavior.
