This is actually very critical and caused quite a mess in production. Because in this situation you have running code and it won't show in the main dashboard (because it's parent Flow is in failed state). In our case this was a deletion logic against a DB that we had to stop immediately, but apparently it didn't stop and kept running.

Thanks for the issue Yaron. Did you in fact pause the run either via UI or calling for a pause in code? In general we'll need reproduction steps to have an engineer dig into this so any steps your can provide that would help us recreate the issue on our end would be useful.
