I found another way to do that, I managed to disable the shader completely using 3dmigoto and now all the areas are normally lit.

Thank you, @praydog ! Maybe it will help others who still want to keep the blue shade of the dark areas. I'm more than happy with what I have now (using my mod: RE2 LightsOn ) because I think I did exactly what I was wishing for: restoring the original atmosphere (by lighting up everything).
