should it be only shifting "preferable_extension_amount" instead of the whole length of index_to_perturb_pe, since in index_to_perturb_pe = [2,0x3c] + [0x3c,pe_position +preferable_extension_amount ].
Here only "preferable_extension_amount" will have an follow-up impact

Wait, that is the new header extension.
So, now the DOS header is longer, so it spans until pe_position (the old length) + the new one.
Then, the shift manipulation must know this, so this is way I pass that offset also to the other manipulation.
