Add a command to restart the language server about vim-lsp HOT 7 CLOSED

There is now lsp#stop_server('server-name') method that you can call which is documented. Once you stop you might want to reopen the file using :e!.

While this isn't a full restart, it should enable you to have this scenario.

FYI: You can restart lsp server in vim script by

call lsp#stop_server('server-name')
call lsp#activate()

Let me know the language server and approximately when it happens. Is it when you use certain features like autocomplete/hover?

I've wired it up to the typescript language server.
I mostly use Jump to Definition.
I'll update this if I get more info...

Ok. I have also been having issues with typescript language server with autocomplete but that hangs my vim8 and I need to force kill it.

#86 Does fix goto def bug also. It is now merged in master, please update and give it a try.
