Try v0.6.2

no difference. same issue with 0.6.2 (I'm actually scanning my own account QR)
However, it works when I got through Profile -> Address Book -> (+) -> [-]

It seems that the camera scan runs well, but image scan throws an error. Maybe we will find another plugin to do the scan, or fix it in a customized package later.
