My friend is having the same issue! We double, triple, quadruple checked everything.

Make sure you upload the asset properly with a name. Normally uploading the assets takes time so be patient.

When you upload the file and want to choose it use what discord displays as it in their test viewer:
LargeImage=hardw21are_png
hardw21.png was what i uploaded and saved the assets name as.
