[ACTION] Discord Bot - Send New Message to Forum Post about pipedream HOT 3 CLOSED

Hello @michelle0927, sorry I've mistaken on the App when creating this ticket. It's Discord Bot instead of Discord. Would you mind moving this action to Discord Bot app instead?

Expected Behavior:

• Please move the action to the Discord Bot app instead. Because send message to Forum Post is not available for Discord app
• Please update the Post ID prop description as follow:

To get the Post ID:

1. **Manually on Web** 
	- Select the Forum thread, them copy the **second** number from the URL. For example, if the URL is `https://discord.com/channels/123/456`, the Post ID is `456`.

2. **Pipedream Source**
   - If you're using **Discord Bot - New Forum Thread Message** source, use the `channel_id` field from the event.
