As the log suggests, LogFileVerifierMain is not in your classpath. Did you follow the procedure described in the header of the run_tests.sh file to copy the libs to the proper location before running the script?

Totally my fault on this one guys -- once I installed the Hadoop Native Libraries (HDP 1.2.1), and set the correct path, everything is good to go!
