Possibility of dropping semicolon requirement about basilisk HOT 1 OPEN

A straight-forward case would be:

x = 1.0
y = 2.0

or in general:

identifier = expression
identifier = expression 

As there is no non-terminal containing expression identifier, it should be possible for the parser to differentiate these as two assignments. If the first expression is well formed, then seeing the following identifier should finish parsing of the expression, which should finish parsing of the assignment (as only one expression is supposed to be on the right-hand side). Then parsing would resume starting at the second identifier as if the preceding line didn't exist.

Note that the statements are split on two lines only for readability and this should work exactly the same when they are on a single line (i.e. x = 1.0 y = 2.0). In most cases that would result in poorly readable code, but that shouldn't be the language's concern to police.
