Mooder（Django）不建议使用Mysql作为数据库，请使用Postgres作为数据库。
另外，你这是Mysql引擎Innodb的特点，不要什么都往CentOS上扯。
建议不具备技术基础的用户使用Docker安装Mooder。

可是在ubuntu上却用mysql可以用啊 引擎也是INNODB

说明可能你装的mysql太老了，stackoverflow上这个问题是11年问的，这都5年了。
