I feel dumb. This ended up working leasot \"./**/*\" --skip-unsupported -i \"node_modules/**/*\" \"coverage/**/*\" \"build/**/*\" -x. Sorry for the noise :(

I'm told the following works for windows: leasot ./**/* --skip-unsupported -i node_modules/**/* coverage/**/* build/**/* -x
But it doesn't work on Mac:
$ yarn run todo
yarn run v1.17.3
$ leasot ./**/* --skip-unsupported -i node_modules/**/* coverage/**/* build/**/* -x
/bin/sh: /Users/ldeveber/projects/aaa/node_modules/.bin/leasot: Argument list too long
error Command failed with exit code 126.
