The reason you see the ClassicCodex path in the error message is because most Wow addons use LibStab to load the shared libraries.

The same library is only loaded once by LibStab. The addon that is loaded first will share its libraries to all other addons. So you may see ClassicCodex in the error tips of other addons. However, this error may have nothing to do with ClassicCodex. This is just that RecipeRadarClassic uses HereBeDragons-Pins-2.0 included in ClassicCodex.

Also, which addon is loaded first is completely undefined. Therefore, the path of a library file can not be used as a reference in the error reports.
