MediaWiki seems to want all links to give the full page name including all the slashes, which appears to prevent simply interpreting them as relative links. Probably we need to make them into absolute links by pre-pending /wiki/ or similar?

I think we have something workable now, as tested using https://biodas.github.io/wiki/Main_Page/ aka https://github.com/biodas/biodas.github.io
This is a combination of two steps:
- I'm using underscores in the filenames and putting the slashes in the YAML header permalink. This solves the problem with child-folders and parent pages clashing.
- I'm forcing the relative links from these child pages into absolute links (adding
/wiki/as a prefix) in order to make them work under Jekyll. A more sophisticated solution would be to turn them into working relative links?
