I does not has ar9341 datasheet, but may be there are any peripheral registers mapped to this ram-block?

Hi @hackruu and @alkabano,

It seems that the upper address for memory test is too big... I didn't notice that, because most of my boards are modified and have bigger RAM chip (64 MB instead of 32 MB). I will take a look at this problem and fix it this weekend.
