Example using curl:
curl -i --user admin:password -H "Content-Type: application/xml" -H "Accept: application/xml" -X PUT -d 'admintest123' http://localhost:8080/pentaho/api/userroledao/updatePassword
The same functionality should be available via the 'Call endpoint' step.

Indeed!! A must have.
This should be like any normal param, we just need to make sure encodings
are handled properly

Was this added in the end? I've just run against this today on Pentaho 5.4.0.1.
