Since the wallets require to connect to external servers, we revert to import those wallet libraries from CDN, and the license issue is also resolved (119de26).

Shouldn't 119de26 be squashed into e7122ab and so removing the LGPLv3 vendored files completely from history?

Those wallets may require connection to external servers, but if one wants to login via MetaMask, it shouldn't require public internet connection. Currently, all the CDN contents are downloaded regardless of which wallet the user chooses to login with.
